June 2011 - Trip to Utah

The first day of our trip we headed to Hurricane, Utah to visit some friends and take them with us to Tuacahn Theatre in St. George, Utah to watch Little Mermaid.  We thought that would be OK to watch with a missionary, since Spencer was set apart.  We had a great time at the show and visting with friends.  The next day we toured the tabernacle in St. George before leaving to Provo.  It was a nice tabernacle with interesting facts and details.   Dallin really wanted to play the organ, but he couldn't.

After St. George, we headed to Provo to spend a couple of days there getting all of Spencer's mission things at the Missionary Mall and other stores, and to sightsee in Provo.  We then headed to Salt Lake to spend a few days there with Kent's parents who were serving a mission at the Church History Library. They had a nice apartment for us to stay in just a half  block away from the temple.  It was great and nice of them to have us!  We visited many church historical sites and temples while we were there and took some fun family pictures.
